Puyallup Main Street Association interview questions

I submitted my resume in application on a Tuesday, they called me the next day to set up an interview for Thursday that same week. I interviewed with the outgoing Executive Director and six representatives from business members of the association. They took turns asking "canned" questions they indicated they were asking all the interviewees, then opened it up for questions from me. It was not the most polished interview, such a mix on the panel.
