I applied online. I interviewed at Purple Wave (Manhattan, KS)
Interview
1 Zoom interview followed by an invite to attend an in person meeting where I was interviewed by 6 people at once. Process felt overwhelming due to more or less being asked the same question by each person and having to craft a unique response for each one. Felt this was maybe partially why I did not get an offer. Everyone I met who worked there did seem to enjoy their job and the culture.

Question 1
What will you bring to our culture that is unique and nobody else here can bring?
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I received a call from the District Manager and returned his call within an hour and have still not heard back. Common courtesy goes a long way. I have more experience than both the Manager and Director for Texas. Still couldn't get even a conversation with either. They have a reputation for selling small items like gates and parts. I now know why.

Interview
Interview was fine but base salary was extremely low at 40k. For what they are expecting itâs actually insulting. You cant expect to get solid employees with such low offers, the base is comical.
