The interview lasted for 45 minutes. It was supposed to be two people on the interview panel but one person took the interview. Did not find the process to be professional

Interview
1st stage - telephone interview - informal chat about your expectations and why you applied for the role. Interviewer was another person doing your role.
2nd stage - interview style questions, 10+ of them as an estimate. Interview was a team manager.
3rd stage - didn't get there.

"Great energy industry experience" I have years of experience tbf working 3+ years and answered all questions with examples.
"We decided to go with somebody else"
"You relied on using your notes too much"
My feedback
You said you would get back to me by the end of the week when actually it ended up being the end of the week after.
You also gave feedback of me relying on my notes, I referred to my notes twice on a video interview. Looking at your notes is a positive thing, it shows attention to detail and a real interest in the interview and preparation.
