Great manager to be interviewed by. Very understanding and wants you to succeed. Was very Professional and all of my questions were answered. He saw potential and fit me where he thought was the best fit for me
Initially applied online then invited to face-face interview. Interview one consisted of competency based interview questions around experience and the business' core values. Interview two consisted of presenting a 6-month plan with Q&A.
