The CEO personally reached out to me on LinkedIn, expressing interest in my profile and asked me to select a time slot from their calendar. During our first interaction on Google Meet, the other interviewer from their side didn’t show up, and the CEO joined quite late. She asked a few basic questions about my past experience and whether I’d be available for the next round over the weekend, as they wanted to fast-track the process. I agreed, but no one followed up afterwards.
Despite my attempts to reconnect, there was no response. Eventually, the CEO messaged me on WhatsApp, suggesting a BDR role instead, mentioning it’s quite similar to a CSM role and that I could transition to CSM later. I agreed to explore it, but again, there was no further communication.
Overall, it was a very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
