Interviews conducted online and in person. Some good technical questions asked and definitely attempted to understand me as a person to day whether a good fit for the firm. Psychometric test required ahead of the final interview.

Asked me about my psychometric test results whilst they had the results in front of them.

Interview
Two stage interview process.
Interviewer was borderline passive aggressive using language not appropriate for interview. Unclear on whether role was analyst/admin level.. company to confirm before interviewing candidates.
Unstructured recruitment process which is a shame as the company seems exciting. Seems under resourced in back office roles. Accepted to final round but this hire has been open for some time which is always a big red flag. Advice to Puma - be more open minded and be clear on what the job involves and why you are making a hire into the team.
