This was a highly suspicious process. I did not submit my resume to this company, they somehow acquired my email address and contacted me! The first 'interview' is a mass Zoom meeting with a 15 minute pitch about the history of the company and open positions. There are no real details, some vague descriptions of marketing campaigns and name dropping legitimate companies they've supposedly worked with. I do my homework and the biggest red flag is that nothing that was said in this meeting was on the company's website. There is also no address on the company's website Some notes on this meeting. I was emailed around 9am for an interview at 12:30pm same day. In the meeting the host said they pay for training and he is lying! Next, there is a questionnaire that they send everyone from the meeting. No Q&A at the first meeting, no information about salary or benefits. The questionnaire is so general that there would be no information that lets the company know how I would be qualified for their positions.
