The final interview was scheduled on very short notice and was shorter than communicated. The conversation itself felt rushed and transactional, with limited context-setting or engagement.
I understand that fast-growing organizations operate under pressure, but clearer communication and more consistent follow-through would significantly improve the candidate experience, especially for senior-level roles where mutual assessment is critical.
