      Project Manager Interview

      6 Jan 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Puffy (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2025

      Interview

Started with a phone screen focused on leadership. Then on-site with 4 rounds, mainly centered on leadership with clear examples. Expect them to do deep dives into each example you provide. You need to demonstrate strong technical depth - the bar is similar to what's expected from a senior engineer in design discussions. The interviewers were thorough and clearly very experienced in evaluating leadership potential.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Puffy (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2025

      Interview

Well-organized evaluation covering several stages — initial screening, followed by a mix of virtual and in-person interviews, and a skills assessment along the way. Each stage built naturally on the last, giving a well-rounded picture of both technical and cultural fit. The people involved were engaged and professional throughout, making the process feel thorough without being overwhelming.

      Interview

Really good experience overall. They provided prep materials beforehand so I could come ready with talking points. The atmosphere was comfortable and casual, which made it easy to have genuine conversations. Working with talented people who are deeply invested in AI innovation was refreshing.
