Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.

Interview
After being called in you will meet with the manager in charge of the department and will go through the basics of the job. Will discuss pay level as well as hours and expectations of the job class. Interview is simple and not very stressful or involved, though higher level positions may differ.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.
