After applying on one of the kiosk, received an interview about 2 weeks after. I actually showed up 35 minutes late from a misunderstanding. Showed up in black slacks and classic Publix green button up long-sleeved shirt and cheap dress shoes.
I was just asked basic questions like why I applied and my expectations. (Was enlisting in USAF) I was then offered an seasonal part time job.

Manager wanting to hear about you, your skills and basic knowledge. Showing respect and enthusiasm. Basic, getting to know the company, a friendly environment and the challenges it may come with.
It was a hiring event so about ten people were doing interviews all at once. They had several store managers doing the interviews. I had a district manager interview me.
