The interview was fairly easy the manager was pretty nice and allowed me to be myself. He let know that there wasn't any right or wrong answer which made me feel very comfortable. With that being said I got hired on the spot I start on Monday as a Deli Clerk.

It was a hiring event so about ten people were doing interviews all at once. They had several store managers doing the interviews. I had a district manager interview me.
Manager wanting to hear about you, your skills and basic knowledge. Showing respect and enthusiasm. Basic, getting to know the company, a friendly environment and the challenges it may come with.
