Walked in 10 minutes early and she wasn't ready for me asked me really easy questions like my favorite food in public and why did I choose Publix? Overall, Pretty simple to make sure to keep your ID and SSN in hand just in case.
it was chill, basic questions and a drug test and stuff. got hired on the spot and it was very east and yeah. no out of the blue questions or anything you would not excpect.
Met with the hiring manager, discussed past retail experience, completed a quick problem-solving test, and answered situational questions before receiving a conditional job offer. During the interview, the candidate also participated in a brief group activity, demonstrated customer service skills, discussed availability, and asked about growth opportunities at Publix, receiving positive feedback from the panel.

They asked me a few questions about myself, and why I wanted to work there. There is an online questionnaire you have to answer before going, so make sure you have plenty of time for that. Overall it was very relaxed and not too intimidating.
