It was a simple interview. I was asked about my career aspirations and how far I was willing to advance my career with Publix. I was interviewed by the Assistant Store Manager.

The interview process was short. I was called in days after applying to meet with the store manager for about 30 minutes. He asked a few questions then he showed me the meat department.
it was ok in the slightest way possible. the other thing was is that it is too easy of an interview. You can pretty much say whatever and you're hired.
The interview process was professional and discussed why I wanted to work at Publix and if I wanted to stay long term. Getting the interview was the hard part. I had to go into the store multiple times to ask to meet with the store manager before I was accepted for the interview.
