The process was nonexistant. I contacted them, received a quick response, and set up a Skype interview. It was confirmed via Google Calendar. I showed up, the interviewer did not. I sent an e-mail reading that I'd be happy to reschedule. They replied via e-mail that previously that they sent a message through Skype, not e-mail, that the description for the position had changed and the interview was canceled. They did not try to add me as a contact, though they had my Skype contact info. I never received the Skype message. I did not receive an e-mail until I contacted them.
