They have the Worse Interview process .. Initially HR will waste your time for techinal interview round .. HR will have predefined questions he will keep asking them .. and later will say the recording video will be seen by higher level management , and they will update if to proceed. Second round they will again call you for test document creation . they will give you a use case study and which will have 9 questions with a long use case and will ask you to prepare whole test Design document within 90 mints that too with no support for copy pasting data points from test sheet . you will have to keep typing like a collage passout . that too HR will audit and say Manager will review and update for next round . Next they had Managerial round where I was expecting manager to atleast be aware of who I was as he would have audited my previous steps . Interview starts with manager not even giving you 5 mints to explain yourself then a coding problem on a very useless online IDE .. which doest even suggest basic functions . even after that you code and get desired results .. then they ask you questions they as from 1 yr exp fresher and ask you to code so basic level stuff that you might do one in your whole framework .. .. manager interviewing is not interested in your answers stops you mid way answering by saying we have less time and ends interview 20 mints before ..
