The initial Recruiter was quick in responding and set up a phone screen. On the phone, he was slightly unprepared - shared this was a new role and would need to confirm salary as felt salary may be too high. Mentioned he would get back to set up a follow-up interview as the hiring manager was keen to meet with me and would check on salary. Another Recruiter reached out a week after this to say they took over the role, unaware of where the role had reached and wanted to restart the whole process, and when I advised of where the last Recruiter had reached... radio silence. Two weeks later was sent a decline email
