Interview
One written test and design question.. Sapient will give their own system in office.
After than 1 or 2 technical and 1 or 2 managerial rounds.
HR will try to low ball and very opportunists to low ball you until and unless you are master at communication skills.
Do not compromise on salary if you clear technical... and reject the offer if they are taking advantage of your situation.

Question 1
Some basic algorithms questions and one or two sql queries related questions in written.
Followed by simple design question to implement some e-commerce related question.(They will give 1.5 to 4 hours time,, again it depends).
Then technical interview will be depth of core java and breadth of other technologies like spring, spring boot, JMS, Kafka, no sql db's if you worked and son on.
MCQ test, coding round, technical interview discussion.
Core and basics ojava with depth analysis, must hands on experience

Interview
The interview process is well defined and you get a call from the People Success (HR) team, who then set you up for Domain (Technical) round. An online Personal Profile Analysis (Thomas Profile) is also done with the candidate.
Technical/ Domain interview: It's a tough round where your technical capabilities are evaluated (both breadth and depth of knowledge are thoroughly discussed). The people who interview you are very knowledgeable yet humble who help you in arriving at logical answers if you’re stuck.
Once you clear the Technical (Domain) round, you will be setup for AI round with senior management (Sr. Mgr/ Director) who again check your aptitude, attitude and fitment to the Sapient culture.
If through, you will get to the final round with the HR team on salary, joining date and other negotiations.
The entire process is fast and transparent.
