Applied online and a recruiter got back to me within the week. We had a phone screening where she seemed disinterested but said she would get back to me in the next couple days. I waited two weeks while following up in between only to be passed onto another recruiter who introduced themselves to me and wanted to schedule a meeting with a hiring manager. I respond with my availability only for them to say the position is filled.
