It was a phone interview with one colleague - With the same job title but a little more senior. The phone interview lasted for about 30 minutes. It was quite casual and the interviewer seemed to be screening for attitude and EQ.

The interview process started with one phone screen with recruiter. Then, three rounds of interview with the team that is hiring. Process was less than a month and went very smoothly.

Quite slow with some emails being missed, with a psychometric online test, an initial interview call, a lengthy assessment day that included two interviews and a group task. Overall took more than a month from initial application to hear back on the final decision. I still don’t know what agency or specific job I might be doing, as we were assessed for several different similar roles.
