I sent my CV first, and the HR arranged interview by phone.
I went to the office and had a interview with 2 managers and one director.
It was very informative, they asked my various questions.
I find it very positive that they have explained the job description in detail followed by day to day work.

Cela s'est fait sur simple entretien avec le responsable du service après avoir transmis CV et lettre de motivation. La prise de RDV s'est faite naturellement par échange d'emails avec le secrétariat du département.
