Interview process was very smooth and transparent. The recruiter did an amazing job in giving update and keeping me up to date. In total there were 6 interviews. Interview process took about 6 weeks. Due to the cross functional nature of the role you will be meeting with various teams from Product, Legal, Brokerage Ops, etc. Round 1: Interview Screening with Recruiter Round 2: Interview with the Hiring Manager (Behavioral / Situational) Round 3: Present your take home case study (Case Presentation) Round 4: Cross Functional Interview 1 (Behavioral) Round 5: Cross Functional Interview 2 (Behavioral / Situational) Round 6: Interview with the Group Head (Behavioral / Situational)
