Very disappointing interview experience. After multiple rounds, I received highly positive feedback and was made to feel like a strong candidate, only to be ghosted for weeks and eventually rejected.
The most unprofessional moment occurred during a C-suite interview when a member of the leadership team suggested that I should tell the recruiter that the interview had gone badly just to make him nervous. As a candidate who was ultimately rejected, I found this comment inappropriate, humiliating, and unprofessional. This was not the final interview and they chose not move me forward anyway.
Communication from recruiting was poor throughout the process, and candidate experience clearly does not seem to be a priority. Candidates deserve professionalism, transparency, and timely communication regardless of the hiring outcome.
