Interview
First round interview was with a partner on the executive committee. Second round was with four different attorneys at different levels of seniority. Everyone was really friendly and easy to talk to. No hard ball questions.
The whole process was two interviews. The people were friendly. IT was very conversational. It was not very technical or substantive. They wanted to get a sense if they liked you and whether or not you had relevant experience. It was very straight forward and pleasant.
I was interviewed first by an HR associate and then brought in to speak with two partners. It was straight forward, as the role was new to the department. They did not ask for any type of skills test.
