The interviews went well! It was straight to the point. About How long have I been a CNA? Have I ever worked with dementia patients? What was the type of pay I was looking for? I was asked did I have any questions are concerns. I didn’t have any questions because she went over just about the main things.

The interview was conducted in well organized setting. I felt very confident, and comfortable with the interaction we had among each other. And I feel as though I got the position as a CNA.

Interview
The interview was a very productive conversation that helped me realize how much I truly want to pursue a career as a CNA. Since I already work at this facility, our discussion reinforced my desire to continue growing here and confirmed that this is where I want to build my career.
The interview went great Casey is super welcoming. i learned alot about survey. We talked about the staff to patient ratios. I learned that orientation is a 10 day process.
