The interview process wasn't that difficult. There are 4 steps altogether. The first is with the TA, then the Hiring Manager, then a case study, which you present, and then the Director of Sales. Throughout the process, the people are nice, and they give you the impression that you are aligned with the role. However, when it came to the decision-making part, they declined you without providing any feedback. I made it to the final stage, and I got the generic answer.
When I showed my unhappiness and asked for feedback, which I shouldn't have done, it was their responsibility to provide that feedback, as I was a candidate until the last step of the process. On top of that, I wasted the time of the referrals that I had to provide them. After that, it occurred to them to send me feedback. Wouldn't recommend at all.
