Not a smooth one, the approach was intimidating. Focused more on the the issues that were not necessarily achieved and on experiences that seemed not to matter for the vacancy. The overall feeling was that they were seeking a strong individual, and specifically with a financial background.

Had an hour call/interview. They asked basic interview questions but most of it was largely the HR guy talking about the company a lot and going into unnecessary details about the company and talked about its poor culture. Had to chase a lot for an outcome, promised calls and never delivered, and sent a few emails to chase them. In the end got a generic response.
