Providence Technical Program Manager interview questions

Probably the worst interview experience I've had. The interviewer could not answer basic questions about the role (or didn't want to and side stepped). She instead talked a lot about herself. How busy she is, where she's traveling to for work soon, how much money she saved the company and how much they love her. Never asked me anything about my experience or qualifications. I couldn't get a word in edgewise. She said that first interview was for people to see her personality. I didn't hear back after.
