I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Providence (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied through a recruiter and was scheduled the next day for an interview. I was interviewed by the Nurse Manager and the Nursing Supervisor. The went back and forth asking me questions. It was very low key and pretty friendly. The interview lasted about half an hour and I got an offer the same day.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Providence in Feb 2022
Interview
Interview was fast and simple , with only a few questions and a case study. It was about a total of 30 minutes with a panel of three people, for me at least.
Wasn’t with actual hiring manager. Interviewer talked most of the interview. Otherwise the process was okay. Got to tour the unit post interview which was helpful for making a decision

Question 1
What is an example of a time you had a special connection with a patient?
It starts with an interview with the recruiter. They send your information to the manager. I got an interview with 2 clinical supervisors. It was fairly easy since they asked basic questions that hospitals usually ask.
