Interview
Had two interviews with Providence. First one was fairly easy with basic questions such as goals, experience, and availability. Second one was just to reiterate my availability and willing to work any shift plus weekends. Hiring process: Background check, drug test, fill out forms on your portal, meet with HR to complete additional forms and then orientation.
Online self scheduled interview, asked pretty basic questions about myself, mostly situational/behavioral. Was not too long of an interview or difficult. The job description is clearly posted and were reflected in the interview, so preparing for it was not too bad.

Applied online, got a call, when in for a interview, weeks went by and I finally got the call, came back in for all the medical screenings and then the 8 hour "new hire" meeting.
