The recruitment process began with a competent initial round with the hiring manager, only to collapse into a pathetic, unprofessional farce during the second stage. The Senior Product Manager arrived late, hadn't bothered to read my CV, and was utterly ignorant of the technical platform. I was forced to interview him for twenty-five minutes just to fill the silence before he rushed through a scorecard he'd somehow forgotten about. It was a shambolic, insulting display of incompetence that wasted my time and exposed a total lack of internal coordination and respect for candidates.
I was then informed that I had not been successful, despite a successful interview with the hiring manager. Insulting.
