I was interviewed for the position of Associate through a consultancy. The process took 1 week. First round was the paper based aptitude test which was easy. Second round was taken by the team lead who asked general questions from previous experience and few puzzles. Third round taken by Manager who asked general questions from previous experience and a puzzle.
Then, I got a call from consultancy within a day and consultant herself negotiated salary with me.

Very easy process for freshers.They just ask basic questions nothing tough. They just ask legal questions from Contract. So anyone who will attend the interview just go through Indian Contract act once.
