I interviewed at Protiviti (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2023
Interview
It was very easy. I did a phone interview/screening where they asked me why i was interested in the company and what locations I'm open to, then I had a zoom interview a few days later

Question 1
There were 2 30 minute interviews through zoom. There's a case study sent to you before hand that you have to review and answer some basic 'what would you do if' questions. The first interview was behavioral just a few questions asking you about yourself.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Protiviti in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview began with a recruiter phone call discussing my education, post-grad goals, and expectations. That was the only round I had — brief, focused, and centered on alignment with future opportunities.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti in Nov 2024
Interview
Connected with a recruiter and was passed onto the interview stage. A single round with two interviewers, 40 minutes each, a case and a behavioral. Case was pretty straightforward and they provide you the layout beforehand. Amazing and friendly people.

Typical behavioral questions
What can we do to improve their operations?
Normal HR phone screening about 30 mins. Connected me to NY office and got an email to interview about a week later. Interview consisted of 30 mins behavioral and 30 mins of a case study. Overall, pretty chill process and the case study was given the day before to be able to prep.
