I had interviews with two senior managers and the hiring managing director. Each interview was between 45 minutes to an hour. There were questions about my work background, including educational history. There were a couple of behavior questions about potentially facing difficult situations with clients and/or coworkers, gauging how you would approach and/or resolve the difficulties.

Recruiter contacted me through linkedin. She set me up with couple of phone calls. First phone call was with a Manager/Architect. Next one was with a Senior Developer. Both of them were technical. And finally I had an in person interview.
