I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Protiviti in Oct 2019
Application
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti
Interview
Talked with them at career fair and applied online and through campus resume drop. Heard back a few days later about on campus interviews. Was a 30 case study like interview and a 30 minute behavioral interview. Case study had process flow emailed the night before. Was given a short passage to read in the interview, and talked about major problems and risks associated with case. Not too difficult to see major weaknesses. Mine was based off a manufacturing environment that I interned in before.
Behavioral was short. Got invited to happy hour the next week and in office visit, where it was more them selling Protiviti to us, no formal interview happened.
Overall good experience, easy interview, and very nice people.
Thank you for taking a moment to provide your feedback, and we are excited you will be joining us soon!
Interview
I saw Protiviti at my university's career fair and I left my resume with them. A few days later they sent an email that said I was invited to an interview on campus and a happy hour event for the night before. I went to a happy hour (best choice I ever made). The interview consisted of 2 interviews that were each one on one. The first one was about a case study and I was given a minute to read it and then I was asked about it. The second interview was more resume based and I was asked about how I acted in previous situations.

Question 1
Explain how you handled a difficult situation? (or something along those lines)
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2019
Interview
The process was incredibly smooth and honestly very enjoyable. All the interviewers were very engaged and had a lot of helpful things to say. The whole experience felt more like a conversation than an interview (except for the case interview of course). Definitely helped me get a feel for Protiviti's environment.

Question 1
I asked them about what their favorite parts of working for Protiviti are.
