Interview
Seemed to have had a positive interview with hiring manager plus another manager. Was told they should have no issues matching my salary and I would be a good fit to their team. Even had a tour of the company and what exactly I would be doing and possibly be apart of as a growing experience. At the end of the of the interview was told they would get back to me in a week but they never did ... I reached out 24 hrs after the interview with a follow up email and then a check in email that following Monday ... Even reached out to a second employee that set up the interview and he never replies either. Was very disappointed for the lack of professionalism and dead silence from this company. I would have rather just get a generic email saying they found someone else then being completely ignored.

Interview
I applied and the HR person talked to me like he was just waking up from a long nap I guess I was his mandatory interview for the day he had two weeks and looked at my resume only when I walked in his office basically did not know what an A+ certificate was and wanted someone who had very basic Microsoft certificates instead was not what the posting said at all this was a complete waste of time I think the only reason this company messaged me for was to help justify the non tech savvy HR PERSON'S JOB!

Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward, it was professional with an air of formality, the hiring manager seemed to care just as much about who he was hiring as he did if the individual was prepared to fulfill the duties required. The whole process felt rather organic and comfortable, at least in my experience. The questions were more focused on if the interviewee was capable of performing the assigned tasks than prior experience.
