I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Proscribe (Spokane, WA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied and didn't hear back from anyone. About a month in I emailed someone to ask about my application and they said there were no positions at the time. Two days later I got an email asking for an interview for a position that had just opened up. They asked me why I was interested in being a medical scribe and if I had a preferred area I wanted to work in (there were many clinics looking for scribes so I had a few options).
The interview was done via phone call which was scheduled a week in advance. The interviewer asked about availability and performance as a potential scribe. There were some issues finding an appropriate date, however the process after that flowed smoothly.
Easy, over the phone process ,I think it was a casual interview. Easy going process as long as you focus on what's asked in the hiring process. Interviewer was cordial as well.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Proscribe (Memphis, TN) in Aug 2024
Interview
Simple interviewing process. Be prepared for video interviews and recordings. Also have to do a typing test. The typing test was the easiest part. The interview questions are very simple. There was about 7 questions.
