Interviewers were very respectful, open, transparent about working expectations and asked to see materials that would be indicative of skill set. Asked to bring a full set of working drawings, which other firms had not asked to see.

Was a casual Interview, where we talked about the corporate culture and work opportunities. We reviewed past projects that I had been involved in and the clients that i had worked with. What some of my challenges have been and where I hoped to grow.
