      Vice President Interview

      11 Nov 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Propeller in Oct 2025

      Interview

Very positive experience with the recruiter from Propeller. He was professional, engaged and helpful during the process. My 2nd interview was with the CEO. He was very interested in my background as well as getting to know me as a person. It was difficult to get him to address the vision and strategy for the company which gave me pause.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I was asked about my vision for the role and how I would see the role working in the organization. A great question, but I would have liked more context around the vision and strategy of the company as a starting point.
