      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PropelPLM (Santa Clara, CA) in Jun 2021

      Interview

      A total of five rounds. Round 1 with their People Ops team as an initial screen to learn more about qualifications and get a sense of interest level. Round 2 with the VP of CS to talk more about relevant experience. Round 3 to speak with a member or two of the current CS team. Round 4 to present a QBR to the VP of CS and the VP of Sales to show your skills. Round 5 with the CEO as a final step.

      Tell me about a time you were faced with an unhappy customer - why were they upset and how did you handle the situation? Give me an example of a successful customer relationship and what you think contributed to that relationship to make it so successful? What strengths do you have with your customer success background?
