Interview
I met with one of the Engineering Supervisors which would equate to a Program Manager almost. Very laid back interview. Just went over my resume, assess my skills and where I lack experience. Very informal type of interview. Engineering Supervisor more so wanted to get a feel of who I was as a person.

Typical soft skill questions. Strength/weakness, how do I perform under pressure and tight deadline, etc.
Interview process was quick, just, Organized and structured in a timely manner. Transparent communication about the company projects and potential for growth. Clear, concise and to the point questions from the interviewer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Propak Systems in May 2021
Interview
Good interview. They were professional and timely in setting up an interview, and asked a mixture of both technical and personal questions. Questions progressively got more difficult to test where your technical knowledge was capped.
