First HR round—motivations for applying/ background overview Second round with the marketing director- detailed discussion about the sales experience Last round (mock call and case presentation) with the sales leader, sales director, and the marketing director The HR was based in the UK and was not at all responsive in communications. No actual feedback was given as compared to other organisations like HubSpot. I had to follow up multiple times with HR to get a final decision, which eventually was a rejection. They conducted all the rounds within 2 weeks and did not come up with the final decision for the next 3 weeks.

Thought it was fair, not too long and all relevant questions for an interview. Good dialogue and the follow up was pretty quick. Interviewed with both managers and BDRs to get the best information and perspective.
