They asked me standard questions during the interview. Mostly about my CDL background and driving history. They also required me to have up to date driving records. My driving records were clean so no problem there. They also asked about previous employment and what I liked/didn't like about my previous job positions at other trucking companies. They asked about what trips I liked the most, and ones (such as NY) that I didn't like.
