Interview
The Interview was really special and unique because it was a group interview with one young HR professional. First of all everyone had to introduce himself/herself (personal information, education, professional experiences, organizations and interests etc. After that you had to promote a self brought product like a elevator pitch (so briefly function, advantages etc.). Furthermore you had to work in a team to solve some every-day problems of a promoter.

What are you going to do as a Team Leader if the high heels of a Team member breaks?
Das Gespräch verlief sehr rasch, zuerst wurden telefonisch die groben Anforderungen durchgegangen und dann war dann noch das persönliche Gespräch mit den weiteren Details zum Job. Das persönliche Gespräch ging 30 Minuten und war dann sehr einfach.
