Someone reached out to me 3 months after I initially applied. Unclear if they have a recruiting team, since the person identified themselves as Head of Talent. After an initial email, we scheduled a 30 min call. The conversation felt a bit rushed on their end but otherwise flowed as a general conversation about professional background and motivations for working at the company. Didn't touch on some typical recruiter screen questions like comp and interview process, which again made me feel like it was not a standardized hiring process (perhaps understaffed or covering for someone). Regardless, never heard back and got a template rejection email a couple weeks later. Odd recruiting interaction on a whole given the timeline and seeming lack of process - hope this person is doing ok because they seemed stressed
