I went through an interview process consisting of an initial HR call followed by two on-site sessions (technical and background). The product itself appeared reliable, with established B2B contracts and a stable customer base. The technical team was professional and inclusive throughout the process.
However, I found the overall work culture, company practices, and HR approach concerning. The offer process felt rushed and somewhat unstructured, with HR reaching out unexpectedly to gauge intentions. While I requested a sign-on bonus, the amount offered was lower than expected, and the terms included a layoff clause that was presented in a way I found misleading. Due to these factors, I did not find the organization trustworthy and decided to decline the offer.
