Applied online, had a phone screening a couple days later, mostly behavioral questions/why I wanted to work for them. Was told I was going to get an update in the next couple days...that never happened...pretty much got ghosted. Very unprofessional, I feel that a company should have the decency to inform applicants if they are not going to move forward instead of filling us with dread and anticipation.
Interview was fairly simple. First call was with the HR business partner. Second call which was on teams, was either the hiring manager. Third call was on teams, which was a panel interview with the project managers that I would support.

Multiple rounds of interviews. You will meet most if not all the team members. IT can be online or in their office. It takes about 2 months to receive an offer.
