I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prolink (Dayton, OH) in Oct 2017
Interview
internal recruiter found my LinkedIn page and requested a phone screening. We conducted a phone interview before setting up an in-person interview with the branch manager. Overall it was pretty straight forward, but the company didn't seem mature from a culture of market standpoint.
Have had initial interview with Recruiter. Nice lady. Set me up for 2nd interview. Not heard back yet, but it is making me write this review to even research the company. Will update.
First with human resources rep and then with a recruiting manager. First was very quick and asked basic interview questions. The second was a video call and questions were typical for interview. Ask about competitiveness and willingness to work odd hours if needed.
Fast and really simple I didn’t have a problem navigating the interview. Everyone was really informative and easy to get along with. Thank you. And this was this morning after pill.
