It was a slow but fairly simple process. A few rounds of interviews and I got to meet a variety of people. Everyone answered all my questions and seemed enthusiastic about working at pogo.

Seems like a great organization to work for. They got back to me just over a week after I applied to schedule an interview. Interview 1 was a panel interview with 3 people from the organization. They each took turns to ask questions, and the total interview was about 45 minutes. Did not make it to the next round.
