Long and unnecessary- Sever lack of essential questions but rather seemed as though it was merely a production to screen out people they personally didn't like based on personal bias.

Tell us about how you handled a communication challenge?
The interview process was fully remote, with questions you answered in video format on your own time with unlimited retries, and a written part asking what steps you would take in a given situation, followed by a typical interview with a handful of their staff members.
